ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items are made or ordered specifically for each release. Please allow approximately 6–7 weeks for fulfillment unless otherwise stated on the product page. Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays.
SHIPPING
Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once an order has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, the package is no longer within our control. Sweet Enemy is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
For any delivery issues after your package has been accepted by the carrier, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
FINAL SALE
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, including for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or size due to an error on our end, please contact us and we will make it right.
PRODUCTS & SIZING
Colors, materials, placement, and appearance may vary slightly from product photos. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchasing.
